THERE are less than three weeks before early booking savings close on four days out at the Leopardstown Christmas Festival closes along with the chance to win tickets to the Jingle Bell Brunch in the comfort of the Leopardstown Pavilion, Dublin Ireland.
Held over four days in December, the exhilarating four days of the Christmas Festival starts on 26 December with an impressive racing programme that guarantees the best in National Hunt racing. Leopardstown’s extensive facilities including a delicious selection of hospitality packages have become a traditional hotspot for post-Christmas get-togethers.
Racecard highlights include seven Grade 1 races featuring the Paddy Power Steeplechase and Paddy Power Future Champions Hurdle, the Savills Chase and Matheson Hurdle. The Dornan Group has named their Grade 1 race on Day 3 of the Christmas Festival the ‘Jack de Bromhead Christmas Hurdle’ in memory of the young up and coming jockey who tragically lost his life earlier this year in a racing accident, and son of Irish horse training legend Henry de Bromhead.
